This bike was a great machine, but like the B.R.M racing car some twenty years later, it never reached its full potential. It was very fast , powerfull, sophisticated, machine. The engine was 495cc water-cooled V.4 50o unit. It was the first bike in the world to lap a Grand Prix course at over 100 mph.
